The E.I.C.R.
Electrical Installation Condition Report,(formally the Periodic Report) comprises of a series of complex tests on the entire electrical installation that ensures that the installation , is safe to use, and conforms to regulations.
This is also a requirement for a lot of organisations,from letting agents, to insurance companies.
PAT Testing
Portable appliance testing is a requirement that all items that plug in to a 13A socket are tested to make sure that they are safe to use for your staff or tenants.
